Delivery timeline depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on your order value, location, and ongoing offers.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.

  • In case of refusal at delivery, COD option may be restricted for future orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • You can track your package in real-time using the courier partner’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Trendzz.in is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

  • Courier unable to contact the customer

In such cases, the package may be returned to us or delivery may be rescheduled.

7. Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please take photos and do not accept the parcel (if possible).

  • Inform us immediately at our support email/number.

8. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within India.
