Refund Policy

At Trendzz.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Agar aapko koi product pasand nahi aata, damaged milta hai, ya wrong item deliver hota hai,
to hum aapki help karne ke liye hamesha ready hain.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Aap product receive karne ke 7 days ke andar return/refund request raise kar sakte ho agar:

  • Product damaged ya defective ho

  • Wrong item / wrong size / wrong color deliver ho

  • Product as described na ho

Note: Used, washed, or damaged by the customer products return nhi hote.


2. Refund Process

Refund process iss tarah hota hai:

  1. Aap return request raise karte ho

  2. Hum product ko pick-up karte hain

  3. Product warehouse me quality check hota hai

  4. Approval milte hi refund initiate hota hai

Refund ka time:

  • UPI / Wallet / Bank transfer: 3–7 business days

  • COD orders: refund wallet / bank transfer ke through diya jata hai


3. Non-Returnable Items

Kuch products hygienic or special nature ke hote hain, jo return nahi hote:

  • Innerwear

  • Beauty / cosmetic items

  • Clearance sale items (if mentioned non-returnable)


4. Order Cancellation

  • Order shipping se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai.

  • Order ship ho chuka ho to cancellation possible nahi, par aap return request raise kar sakte ho.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

Agar refund time se nahi mila:

  • Pehle bank/UPI statement check karein

  • Bank processing me 2–3 days extra lag sakte hain

  • Agar phir bhi refund na mile, humari support team se contact karein
